St Andrew's House prices for 2008
If you would like to book St Andrew's House for 2008, please check the availability calendar (see below). Then contact me by phone or email to make your booking. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking, and the balance of the rent is due six weeks before the start of the holiday. A refundable Fuel/Housekeeping deposit of £65 is payable at the same time – please see below for details.

Short breaks are available Friday – Monday (3 nights) or Monday – Friday (4 nights). £195 per couple, plus £25 per additional person.
Fuel
We include £25 worth of gas and electricity in the rent, and a large
basket of logs for the open fire. Additional gas/electricity is deducted
from the deposit – see next paragraph.
Deposit A Fuel/Housekeeping deposit of £65
is payable at the time of booking. The cost of any additional fuel, breakages,
or damage will be deducted from this and the balance refunded to you at
the end of your stay. Please enclose a separate cheque, which will only
be banked if a deduction is required.
